Administrative Lean- Facilitating

Our Lean expert(s) will facilitate participants using process and value stream mapping on lean team(s) to complete Current State and Future State maps for a number of business activities selected by your organization. Metrics and implementation plans will be outlined in the presentation to be given by the participants to the management of the hosting organization.

Our Lean expert will work with top management or the company’s lean steering committee to develop a plan of action including goals, timing, and incremental steps to becoming a lean enterprise that positively impacts your financial statements.
