Coaching for Credit Unions
Jerry Yoder of Lean Enterprise Software Solutions has developed two unique onsite coaching opportunities for Credit Union staff and board members.
Increasing the Odds is an instructional coaching session that uses secret shopping data gathered in your area. This session will allow your branch staff to understand how your current members and potential members view your services compared to other local financial institutions. Through this interactive session, participants will learn how to improve service, gain greater customer loyalty, and understand individual accountability. As your staff applies the knowledge they gain during this session, your team will greatly improve the odds of satisfying customers and competing in this challenging marketplace.
Strategic Planning is a facilitated planning session designed to direct your staff and board members through a disciplined process to build businesses that learn, lead and last. The participants will actively decide what is important by renewing their mission, values, strategic position and vision. During the session, the group will review external trends, internal performance, as well as a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. They will set goals that lead by defining measures, targets, and initiatives. Your staff will be able to work the plan throughout the year and utilize monitoring measures to keep on track.
