Problem Solving (Global 8-D)

Our Quality professional, who is a Ford certified Global 8-D instructor, will teach the participants not only the 8-D material, but will bring real examples from the past 10 years of working with many different manufacturing industries. This three-day intense course reviews the eight disciplines of this process and goes into detail to explain the reasons why this process consistently works. The importance of verification and validation throughout the process will be highlighted. In addition, assessing questions and checklists will be distributed to everyone to assist them navigate this involved process that delivers lasting results. The participants will be challenged to utilize their problem-solving skills to complete three team activities.
