An effective Layered Process Auditing (LPA) program is a low cost strategy to improve quality (reduce scrap, rework, reduce warranty issues, and customer rejections) in manufacturing and suppliers operations.

Your management group may choose what level of Layered Process Auditing LPA service they desire.
Level I. LPA Program Analysis: Your current LPA program will be analyzed and a determination will be made as to why it is currently not effective. This deep dive approach will uncover the root cause(s) for not being successful. Our expert will deliver a detailed report including a step by step corrective action plan. The client could then utilize their resources to implement the corrective action plan to make their LPA program effective.
Level II. LPA Implementation of Corrective Action Plan: Our expert will guide the implementation of the corrective action plan to assist the client’s management group. This will include reviewing documents and answering question as their management group progresses through the implementation of the corrective action plan for their LPA system to become effective.
Level III. New LPA Program Implementation: Our expert will guide the client’s LPA implementation team in planning and building an effective LPA program. This will include reviewing documents and answering question throughout the implementation process of their LPA system.
Level IV. Develop a Client’s Suppliers LPA Requirements: Our expert will guide the client’s Supplier Quality team in the development of Supplier LPA Requirements that will drive their suppliers to implement effective LPA programs. This may include detailed requirements, suggested training materials, and recommended measurables for their suppliers’ LPA programs.
