Mistake Proofing- Training

This interactive program will give each participant hands-on experiences using a proven mistake proofing process that delivers results. They will understand what causes defects and how to catch mistakes before they turn into defects. The three types of inspection and the advantages of each will be discussed. Proven methods of designing and building mistake proofing devices will be reviewed and then reinforced through activities. Aids that illustrate the types of sensors and their function to catch different defects will be used by participants to help select sensor systems for some of their class projects.

This is a major step to developing a process that is capable to eliminate quality spills to your internal and external customers.
