Quick Change- Facilitating

Our Lean expert will guide your quick change team through a changeover and setup reduction activity. The team will identify the non-value added activities and try different methods to minimize this time. The key measurement for changeover will be the time it takes from last finished part of one product type to first good part of another product. It is ideal to have operators and/or changeover personnel that have been assigned to the specific machine that is selected for the activity to participate on the team. The group will utilize many powerful techniques of setup time reduction without making major capital expenditures. The entire team will share the results with top management at the end of the class.
