Our Lean expert will explain how to use setup reduction as a strategy for reducing lead-time and cost while improving on-time delivery. This course needs to be held in your manufacturing facility. It is ideal to have operators and/or changeover personnel that have been assigned to the specific machine that is selected for the activity to participate in the class. The instructor will work closely with your team to teach them the many powerful techniques of setup time reduction without making major capital expenditures. The entire team will share the results with top management at the end of the class.
